Valley FM is Pent Valley Technology College's very own working radio station for students, staff and community members alike.  The station incorporates two studios - one of which is capable of recording vocalists and bands, the other housing a professional broadcast system for the recording of shows which are broadcast in-school and online.

The Radio Station is based in Pent Valley Technology College in Folkestone, Kent. It has state of the art industry standard equipment and we provide full training and guidance in all aspects of running the station from the performance to production.
All you need to get involved is some enthusiasm and some time to have fun. And if you are interested in music, drama, writing, art, talking, computers or performing you will love working at the station.

You can produce a one off show or maybe you want a regular slot, it is up to you, remember this is your radio station so you choose. Everyone who works on Valley FM will be provided with a demo CD of their work and of course their work will be posted on this website.

Whilst Pent Valley hosts the project, it is open to all young people in the community from primary school age to 18 year olds. If you’re a young person at school and want to get involved then please contact us.
