By Car - From London

Leave the M20 at junction 13. At the first roundabout take the third exit and follow the signs for Folkestone. At the next round-about take the second exit. Turn right at first traffic lights (signposted Cheriton Industrial estate) this is Cherry Garden Avenue. Follow this for 1/4 mile when it becomes Tile Kiln Lane. After about 1/4 mile the PVLC entrance is on the left.

By Bus

Pent Valley Leisure Centre is approximately a 5 minute walk from Cheriton High Street. Buses run approximately every 10 minutes between Folkestone and Cheriton.  Bus numbers are: 17, 160, 71, 72 and 73

By Train - From Folkestone West Train Station

Exit Folkestone West on to Station Road. Head west towards A20 Cheriton Road. At the end of the road, turn left on to A20 Cheriton Road. After approximately 0.2 miles turn right on to Surrenden Road. At the end of the road, turn Left on to Tile Kiln Lane. After approximately 0.2 miles, the PVLC entrance will be on your left.

Kent Karrier scheme in Shepway.

The fully accessible dial-a-ride bus service will pick you up from your home and drop you off at Pent Valley Leisure Centre. The bus will then take you home again once you have finished your workout.
